We start by acknowledging expectations and releasing resistance through breath. Then, we begin.
🖊️ Prompted Journaling + Story-Sharing
You’ll receive 1–2 wide-open journaling prompts, along with creative examples I’ve written to help unlock new ways of thinking and feeling. I weave in poetry, quotes, and small story moments to keep the energy flowing.
🔁 Guided FUNCK Method
Together, we work through the steps of the BeMo Practice — journaling with intention, emotional presence, and supportive structure.
