💬 About this gathering
October has a way of stirring old stories. This circle is a soft place to lay them down. We will breathe, write, and work through The BeMo Practice together—meeting what is here, releasing what is heavy, and leaving a little lighter. Sharing is welcomed and always optional.
✨ What you’ll experience
- Grounded teaching: Cassandra Stark (creator of The BeMo Practice) guides a real-life topic drawn from timeless patterns and community needs.
- Creative clearing + breath: We start by releasing pressure and setting intention. Quiet presence counts as full participation.
- Guided writing steps: You’ll be offered reflective steps and examples to help you find your words. It’s not about perfect writing—it’s about honest writing.
- The BeMo FUNCK Method: We move through Flow/Brain Dump, Feelings, Understanding (You Note), Needs, Cans, Knowing, and Positives—bringing structure, soul, and softness to your inner work.
- Reflection + support: We end with grounding insights and space to simply be—whether you speak or simply listen.
