Refund policy

General Terms for Return

At BeMo, we keep environmental impact and carbon footprint in mind. We discourage the need to return one-off orders and single items. If there is a problem with your order please contact us at support@bemojournal.com or via Chat Support.  When possible, we encourage our customers to regift BeMo products to someone who may benefit from the Need for our products. 

A return must be reported within 90 days of purchase.

Please bear in mind that certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Online classes
  • Memberships
  • Final Sale Items
  • Bookmarks
  • Stickers
  • Food Products (coffee, tea, and chocolate)

We accept returns of BeMo Journals and BeMo Balance Notepads so long as the product is unused and remains in new condition.

Return Process

To process your return, please login to your account.

To begin a self serve return click here.

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will email you regarding the receipt of the item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit or payment refund will be issued. Bank processing times may vary.

Refund Policy

Partial refunds are at the sole discretion of the company.

Full refunds are at the sole discretion of the company and will only be considered with proof of the following:

  • Proof of products arriving damaged.
  • Tracking shows that the item was never received.

Disclaimer Regarding Refund Processing Times

Please be advised that while BeMo endeavors to process refunds within the stated timelines, the actual receipt of the refund may vary depending on the policies and procedures of the individual bank or financial institution handling the transaction. BeMo cannot control or be responsible for any delays in refund processing once the refund has been issued on our end. Customers are encouraged to consult with their bank or financial institution if they have concerns or experience extended delays in receiving their refund.

Sale Items

We regret to inform you that sale items are exempt from refunds. Refunds are only applicable for items sold at regular prices.

Exchange

Should you need to exchange an item for the same product, please begin the self serve return process above and repurchase your preferred item at will.

Gift Items

If an item was designated as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be applied to your account.

If the item was not labeled as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed about the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail the item to the address provided in your return email.  Please wait for this verified address prior to returning. You will be responsible for bearing the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you can vary.

For returning expensive items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
