Renurturing: bring life back to yourself.
Renurturing is the advanced form of The BeMo Practice for the patterns that began long before today. It draws on reparenting and inner child work to help you heal the past with care, not force. Not about fixing yourself. About showing up for yourself the way you always deserved.
Becoming the steady presence your younger self was waiting for.
Renurturing is how you unlearn the patterns, beliefs and ways of coping you first learned in childhood: the ones that once helped you survive but no longer serve you. Also called The Advanced BeMo Practice, it brings reparenting and inner child work into the foundations of The BeMo Practice you already know.
Healing the past doesn’t mean reliving it. It means witnessing it with new eyes and offering yourself the care you needed then and still deserve now.
Like a garden, growth needs good soil and light. When we keep forcing growth over depleted soil, we overwater, overfeed, even move the whole garden, and deplete the same soil in new ways.
The only way to nourish depleted soil is to plant something new. To Renurture is to bring life back to ourselves.
Belief Systems feel true because they’re familiar, not because they’re yours.
The voice that says “you’re too much,” “you’re not enough,” or “you should have…” isn’t your truth. It’s BS you’ve carried for far too long. Renurturing helps you see it, trace it, and set it down.
The same fight. The same trigger. The same story, told the same way.
Most loud reactions have quiet origins. Tracing the root is not blame. It’s recognition.
You can look at a memory without stepping back inside it. Witness what happened from where you stand today, and let go of what was never yours to carry.
You know you’re ready when you find yourself already going there, naturally.
The Advanced BeMo Practice builds on the foundations of The BeMo Practice. Going too deep, too soon can be overwhelming, so before you begin, check in with what you Know.
Not there yet? Don’t push yourself. Healing doesn’t respond to force. It responds to safety in presence. Keep building your foundations; the rest comes with time and repetition.

It wasn’t until about a year into a daily Practice that I understood what I had made. Through the safety I’d built within myself, I could finally go deeper. I wasn’t in control of my healing. I was the keeper of its truth, responsible only for creating the safety my Knowing needed to emerge. Not fixed, but held. Not perfect, but safe enough to keep going.

What is Renurturing?
Renurturing is the Advanced BeMo Practice, built on the foundations of The BeMo Practice. It brings reparenting and inner child work into the Practice, so you can meet the patterns, beliefs and ways of coping that began long before today. Healing the past doesn’t mean reliving it. It means witnessing it with new eyes and offering yourself the care you needed then and still deserve now.
Do I need a “big” story to Renurture?
No. Renurturing isn’t measured by how big or small your story is. Most loud reactions have quiet origins, and the quiet ones count. If a pattern keeps returning in your life, that’s enough of a reason to get curious about where it began.
What if I don’t remember much?
You don’t have to. Renurturing starts with what’s here now: the reactions, feelings and needs showing up in your days. Patterns can be seen in the present, and you can meet your younger self with understanding even without every detail. It’s information, not continuation. Nothing needs to be dug up.
How is Renurturing different from reparenting or inner child work?
Renurturing draws from both, as well as many other approaches, including talk therapy, narrative therapy, shadow work, CBT, DBT, mirror work, and more. What it adds is the structure of The BeMo Practice you already know: the same grounding in feelings and needs, with safety at the center and care instead of force. The emphasis is on realizing, not reliving: you look at a memory from where you stand today without stepping back inside it.
Where do I begin: here, or with The BeMo Practice?
Begin with The BeMo Practice. Going too deep, too soon can be overwhelming, so Renurturing builds on those foundations. You’ll know you’re ready when you find yourself already going there, naturally. If you’re not there yet, nothing is wrong. Keep building your foundations, and the rest comes with time and repetition.
Do I have to be a parent?
No. Renurturing isn’t about parenting children. It’s about becoming the steady presence your younger self was waiting for. If you are a parent, it can also help you notice the cycles you don’t want to pass on, but being one is never a requirement.
You are not returning.
You are Renurturing.
There is no wrong time to begin. There is only your time.
