So often, our goals fade because a single, core unmet need is quietly running the show. Together, we will uncover that recurring need and transform it from a source of pain into your most powerful and inspiring guide for 2026.

This series is a welcoming space for anyone ready to do the deep, rewarding work of creating lasting change. Whether you’re looking to go deeper into your BeMo Practice or are brand new and curious to begin, you are welcome here.

📍 Location: Online, via our private and intimate workshop space.
⌛ Duration: Four weekly sessions, approximately 2 hours each.

This is more than a workshop; it's a month-long guided expedition into the heart of your personal narrative. You will be supported every step of the way with live teaching, guided practice, and powerful tools to integrate what you discover.

✨ What You’ll Experience

• Week 1 (Jan 11) — Gathering Your Knowing: We begin by collecting the clues to your story. You’ll be guided to synthesize what you already know from personality quizzes, attachment theory, and life itself to create a powerful foundation of self-awareness.
• Week 2 (Jan 18) — Uncovering Your Core Need (The Renurturing Session): This is the heart of our work. We use our "Knowing" to courageously identify your most consistent unmet need and, through a gentle BeMo practice, trace it back to its origin with deep compassion.
• Week 3 (Jan 25) — The Reclaiming (From Need to Intention): This is where we pivot to empowerment. We will transform your core need into a positive, inspiring "Word of the Year"—a single, powerful anchor for your choices and actions in 2026. This session is all about hope and renewal.
• Week 4 (Feb 1) — The Reimagining (Living Your Word): An intention is nothing without practice. In our final session, we get practical. You'll use your workbook to create a personal playbook for how to live your Word of the Year on a daily basis, reimagining a future where you are the protagonist.
