Welcome to our long-awaited collaboration with Park City neighbor, Alpine Distillery. Working with fellow Utah makers is always something special—and this one was worth the wait.

This exclusive, limited-edition bar is made from Ritual’s Mid Mountain Blend of cacao, combined with juniper berries, lavender grown by Blue Canyon Farms in Heber City, and Alpine's award-winning gin botanicals. To bring it all together, we aged the ingredients for six months inside a used gin barrel from Alpine, allowing time to gently coax out every layer of botanical depth.

The result is a chocolate bar that unfolds slowly—floral, herbal, complex—like a memory you want to sit with a little longer.
