💬 About this gathering
November often invites us to practice gratitude—but sometimes our needs run deeper than “thank you.” This circle will give you space to write, reflect, and explore the feelings gratitude cannot always hold. Together, we will work through The BeMo Practice to uncover truths, release heaviness, and find what you truly need in this season.
✨ What you’ll experience
- Grounded teaching: Cassandra Stark, creator of The BeMo Practice, will guide a topic drawn from community insights and timeless patterns.
- Gentle breath + clearing: We begin by releasing pressure and setting intention. Quiet presence counts as full participation.
- Guided writing steps: Structured reflection helps you uncover needs beyond surface gratitude. This isn’t about writing perfectly—it’s about writing truthfully.
- The BeMo FUNCK Method: We move through Flow/Brain Dump, Feelings, Understanding (You Note), Needs, Cans, Knowing, and Positives.
- Reflection + support: We end with insights and space to simply be—whether you share or simply listen.
