No. These notepads are not the same as the full BeMo Practice. They are a visual representation of the FUNCK Method, meant for an easy start to your day.

Which should I choose: Daily, Weekly, or Desktop? +

Daily is for days with a lot to do, when you want to start with yourself. Weekly is the big-picture view of your week, best used alongside a Daily or Desktop notepad. Desktop is a full-sized Daily, a deep dive into your day. Not sure? Start with the one that matches how often you want to check in. They also work well together.

Can I use these without a BeMo Journal? +

Yes. You can use any of the notepads without a BeMo Journal.

Can I use more than one? +

Yes. You can use all of them in tandem.

Can I refill them? +

Yes, they are refillable. Make your own refills or buy refills from us.

How do I choose my colors? +

Choose your color from the variant options on each product page.

What if I don't know what I have a need for? +

We recommend the BeMo Feelings & Needs Wheel Bookmark. It has needs on one side and feelings on the other, so you can name how you're feeling and find the need that goes with it. With practice, this becomes more natural.

How does the 90-day guarantee work? +

It works if the product is completely unused and hasn't been able to work for you. We can put it back on our shelves, so we'll allow you to return it.
